"“Spider-Man”"

Comic Book Fan Art
Illustration
I took my fiance and her young son to our very first comic-book convention and we had a blast! When we got back he and I both decided to draw his favorite superhero, Spider-Man. We immediately went to the kitchen table and he pulled out his crayons and I pulled out my pencil and ink.

I wanted to draw a pose I had never seen before, so I came up with the idea of Spider-Man peering through some webs. I first drew a simple layout in pencil and then inked it with my Pentel Pocket Brush. I decided to draw the webs with white-out rather than draw them with black lines. I later scanned the image and colored it in Adobe Photoshop.

All original artwork.

Spider-Man s the intellectual property of Marvel Comics. I have no affiliation with Marvel Comics. This illustration was strictly a personal piece. At no point did Marvel Comics commission this, nor was this ever presented to them.
